The site includes the goat pen and the dairy.
The goat pen (in the agricultural part of Moshav Kanaf) has 200 dairy goats. Most of the milk is sold to Tnuva. The dairy building (located near the residence) contains the production area where the cheeses are produced, and an area for workshops and tastings.
